Alex here, on the 3rd of December. Just posting to say, if anyone actually gives a shit, that the band is long dead. Just like all the fecking "bands" I've been in. We recorded one song which was the first mintute from "Beautiful Day" by the Eels. The band is dead, well, partly because of lack of practice, Uni and stupid ass girlfriends, but in my mind mostly because I just didn't like the music. I love the other 3 people, and they are all talented, but I just want to be in a punk rock band. Hello, we are a band called Oakland County. No we have never been to Oakland County, or indeed Michigan, but we know where it is. I suppose you may want to know where the name comes from. When the history section is up, you will be enlightened. As for that logo, yes it's cheap but the website was only born today (11th June 2004) and it's the best we got for now. This is also the first html we have written. Zing! OK we won't ramble for much longer, just to say this website, as well as the band is in slow progress, but we will get there.
