Survey Module
Crew: 2,000 Scouts, 1,500 Technicians, 5,000 Droids.
Passengers:: 500 Exploration Droids.
Support Craft: 5 Skipray Blastboats, 6 TIE Bombers, >100 Observation Airspeeders.
Description: The Survey Module is used for the rapid exploration of planets and entire systems. It has a centralized computer for quick analysis of all gathered data. This module and its crew can completely analyse a planet within a 24 hour day and can determine likely colony sites, mineral and agricultural resources. The computer and its technicians can also calculate likely astrogation routes from any nearby trade routes.
Observation Module
Crew: 1,550 Intel officers.
Passengers: 500 Probots and Observation Droids.
Fighter Complement: 1 Squadron.
Description: The Observation Module is used for espionage and long range observation for intelligence gathering. The cruiser itself does not infiltrate enemy territory to avoid detection. Instead the ship deploys its droids around the perimeter of enemy holdings for passive observation. The probots can run the standard light/energy spectrum analysis and eavesdrop on communication frequencies. Some specially equipped (and quite expensive) probots can scan very localized hyperspace with cross-channeled radiation (as is used in the planetary security net). With a subspace link-up, the droid can be deployed up to 30 light years away and still have instantaneous communication with the Observation Cruiser.
Rescue Module
Crew: 140 Doctors and 2,130 Technicians.
Cargo Capacity: 140,000 Metric Tons.
Description: The Rescue Module is dispatched to the aftermath of a battle scene, for space battle clean-up and repair. It is loaded with replacement parts for the ships that were involved in the battle. Doctors search any wreaks that were not already checked for survivors (presumably, a hospital cruiser is sent along with these ships to a battle scene). The primary mission of the technicians is to repair what ships they can so that they can be taken back to dockyards for complete repairs (only drive systems and life support are repaired at this stage). Those vessels that cannot be repaired are analysed and the technicians note what must be done to the vessel so that it can be returned to the nearest Imperial Shipyard. Meanwhile military planners at the shipyard will determine whether to attempt repairs or scuttle the vessel.
Inquisition Module
Crew: 100 Inquisitors, 3,660 CompForce/Observation Staff and 10,000 Interrogation Droids.
Equipment:15,000 Pre-Fabricated Disintegration Chambers, 2 Prefab Garrison Bases, 1 Orbital Eraser Unit, Probes with Sterilization Spores, 5 Cluster Bombs with Magneticpulse Bombs, complete Orbital Nightcloak System.
Description:This module is used for punitive actions against insurgents and rebellious worlds. It is the most recent addition from Tagge Industries to the modules that can be used in the Modular Taskforce Cruiser. This module's cavernous cargo holds are needed to contain the extensive equipment carried.
Tender Module
Size: 586 m diameter.
Crew: 24 Pilots, 40 Technicians, 200 ASP-7 Industrial Droids.
Cargo Capacity: 14.5 Mil.Metric Tons.
Support Craft: 12 Utility Tugs.
Description: This module carries a lot of standard cargo containers with fuel and different kinds of supplies, such as blaster and tibanna gas, energy cells, power converters and much more, everything you need to supply an active warship. The utility tugs move the cargo as needed to resupply capital ships. A single fleet tender cruiser can resupply a whole fleet with hundreds of ships, then return to base to fill the cargo hold again as needed.
Assault Module
Size: 586 m diameter.
Troops:: 19,114 Stormtroopers, 128 AT-AT Walkers, 32 AT-AA Walkers, 256 AT-ST Walkers, 512 AT-PT walkers, 6 TR-SDs, 1 MAS-2xB, 32 MAPs, 16 HAPs.
Support Craft: 64 Sentinel-class Shuttles, 6 AT Barges.
Description: This module turns the Star Hauler transport into a military transport, capable of carrying two infantry battlegroups and two armoured regiments. All troops embark on the shuttles and vehicles which are then transported to the ground. The entire force can be deployed in two to three minutes.
