Thier unfinished dreamy landscapes sound like a water color painting. Something very abstract, like putting clouds in a cloudless sky. The guitars can only be described as washing over your senses as the drums and bass meticously hold your conscious body from drifting away. Lost in the air. Devilution's hardcore sound has been terrorizing the Grand Rapids underground for over 2 years now. Combining fierce heavy metal riffs with the powerful sound of thier huge drum kit, equipped with MIDI triggers, for an added electronic sound. Thier take on the heavy metal sound barely leaves enough room for thier jaw dropping bass and dark haunting lyrics.
