Originally released as 373 Kairos, the cd soon took on the name Help Yourself. This is 373's sophmore release on LSL. This album contains more in depth programing, then it's predecessor, standard. Programmed and recorded almost mainly from the RM1x, this album offers an early glimpse into the underground electronic dance scene.
