Itsuki is a srange STRANGE little man. He is pretty much your average high school loser. He is obsessed with wanting to join the Akina Speedstars and the racing world in general. However his driving skills are nonexistent.... he completely sucks. Other than that he is obsessed with getting a girlfriend. At one point in First Stage, he actually manages to get one. Takumi and Mogi hook him up with a girl named Saori, however he breaks up with her very soon. His white Corolla Levin is mistaken for the "legendary Hachi Roku of Mt. Akina" by Shingo and Itsuki attempts to race against him for "his pride as a street racer" as he put it. He proves just how horrible his driving ability is and end the end Shingo crashes him purposely, He ends up in the hospital and Saori, horrified by the whole incident, breaks up with him. Then he goes around saying that street racers don't need girlfriends.
