The following update was made October 28th

UPDATES:
- The cast list has been put up on the cast page, at last.
- The Characters page has been put back up and now has character descriptions for A Christmas Story.
- The forums have been rearranged a tad. I actually did this a few days ago, but I forgot to update this page with it.

I'm looking to put something in the Past Performances page if possible. There are people around that know the shows that the Drama Club has done in the past far better than I do, which is why I have not put anything new there. What I would like to do is take submissions for show descriptions. So, if you want to write a description that would be put up here on the website, please do. Email me your description and I'll put it right up on the page. This is for all shows, including the one acts. In the email (or in the description itself) please tell which year the show took place and what time of year. If you can't send an email, post it in the topic in the Announcements forum.

We're still looking for techies. If you'd like to do lighting, set construction, or prop stuff, talk to Mr. D and he'll let you know what you might be able to do, or at least point you in the right direction. If you know someone who might be interested, let them know! The more techies, the better.

The following update was made on September 16.

Before I get to the actual update, I'd like to first reinforce the message I've been feeding anyone who's gone to the site recently:

Go to the forums!

I have high hopes for them, I think that you guys could really strike up some great conversation. So go.

Anyway, big update today, get ready!

Alright, first up, audition dates for A Christmas Story are as follows: Monday and Tuesday the 27th and 28th at 3:30 in the High School Band room. You only need to attend ONE to audition. Callbacks are Thursday, September 30th. We'll need a cast of around 20 to 30 people. Performances are on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of December.

Next, the dates for The Music Man. Auditions are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday which are the 13th, 14th, and 15th of December at 3:30 in the High School Band Room. Callbacks are on Friday, December 17. We need a very large cast, 50 or more people, so reguardless of you experience, show up! Performance dates are the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th of March.

Also, the shows are open to grades 5-12. That's right, both shows. You can get practice materials from Mr. D one week prior to auditions.

Now, for the One Acts. I'm afraid I know nothing about them right now other than that they are open to High School students only.

Techies are needed! If you have any interest in working with lighting, sound, props, and general back stage stuff we need your help! The techie family is growing, so get in the on the ground floor, so to speak.

Also, for the first time in a few years, no one dies at any time! Hurray!
