Association of Non-Commissioned Officers and Office Managers in Moscow

Welcome to Our Association!

The Association of Non-Commissioned Officers and Office Managers in Moscow was officially formed Jan 04 but we have been meeting on an almost monthly basis since July 03 (founders: Ronny Novak (BEL), Robert Janssen (GER) & Armand Rameckers (NL)).

The main aim of our association is to build relationships between participating countries and promote camaraderie between NCO’s and Office Managers serving in Moscow.

The second intention of our organization is to explore Moscow and its surroundings together.
