Me and my friend, Kelly, arrived at Capital radio bout 10.30, and jumped into taxis to arrive at Hyde Park bout 11. After walking round practically the whole park, and being told at the last minute that my friend couldn't come backstage, she had to go in the crowd! we finally got to this big room where we could get free food and drinks which was prety cool!
Now at this moment in time i'm thinking, yay, i'm gonna meet loadsa famous people, who do i see, just the Hearsay lot! By this time it's bout 12.30, and i'm starting to get really bored, when who walks through the door, PETE!!! I ran up to him and got my album cover signed and a foto taken, then i see PHIL!!! So I do the same. Then I see MIKE!!! and did the same.
The thing is I didn't get to chat with them or anything cos they were getting their lunch, so i thought I'll just wait till later, i 'll have plenty of time 2 talk to them. How wrong was i!!
We got ready bout 2.00, and I still hadn't met bbb! And Capital kept rushing us and wouldn't let us out of their sight, I couldn't even go 4 a wee without some1 coming 2 c what i was doing!!
Anyway, bout 2.30 we went to have an interview and fotos taken, I walk round the corner and i see bbb. OMG!! He says that i look cool in my costume, then i say, but wait, and i turn round and show him the frog thing on my back. He said it was awesome! I forgot to bring my album 4 him to sign and my camera, so i went to get it, but when i came back he was gone! POO!! Went on stage, absolutely amazing!!! On tele they cut it short, so u didn't c me in full swing! I think it was only me and vanessa dancing. Aswell as Wheatus. I'm walking off stage, and Mike tells me, that was great well done. WOOHOO!
Bout 30 mins after, i still hadn't got bbb autograph or foto, so im thinking poo i'm not gonna get it. But we went to do an interview for a Japanese programme where it was being shown live! Japan??!It was really funny! Managed to grab bbb and get an autograph, but no foto(then there should b 1 of those sad faces, but don't no how 2 do them).
So basically thats it! I'm a bit dissapointed really, cos i didn't get to talk to the guys, cos they were rushing off doing stuff, and when they weren't I wasn't allowed 2 go anywhere!! Stupid Capital! I forgot to say that Vanessa is absolutely lovely! Hopefully, I'll c thenm on Thurs, f I get to the gig early enough, and try to have a conversation with them! By the way, the boy who won on Tues, was a cocky little poo but he was great. I kinda took him under my wing. BBB said that he'll b a star! Why couldn't he have said that 2 me!!
And also the kids that won weren't even true Wheatus fans, none of them had the album, they just liked TD, so they had just applied to go on stage. I was outraged!!
After we got changed into normal people again, we got turfed out from backstage and chucked in the pit. Well it wasn't quite as bad as that! But still! Abd Capital didn't even tell me that we had to make our own way home! So i'm lost, i don't have my little London map on me!! ARRGGHH!
It was a wicked day, but wish i could have actually properly met Wheatus!I'm really disappointed bout that.
