it all started at lunch time on the 21/11/01 when me and my friend Nicola left school and went and got changed at her house and then we got the bus in to Glasgow.When we eventully got there we went in search of the Barrowlands club about half an hour later we found it.We went in and i spoke to the man at the door i told him about my pass and he said that was fine then i asked him if Nicola could get in aswell he went to ask another man who was joking with us and saying she couldn't but then he said ok!and told us to come back at 4o'clock.So we went a walk and then came back to find 3 girls standing out side.So me who is quite shy walks over to the girls and asked if they were going to the sound check the said yes. the 3 girls were Madsaz,Flick,and jemma(Peteslittleun).
So we stood and chatted for a while with them and then Rockn dog(lisa) and Binkx(carly) came along so we chatted with them aswell.Then a man came out the and gave us all sound check passes to get in we all went in and sat down in the reception area and then Ashley(mijit)and her friend(sorry can't remeber your name)came in .Then about 10 mins later the man let us in we all ran up the stairs and went in.I was scared and nervous because they were right in front of us on the stage.They had all ready started practicing .
So we all took some pictures and Pete waved so me and rockndog waved back!.Then after the sound check Brendan and Pete came down and signed my hat and i got pictures with both of them and i took some pictures for madsaz.Then we left because they had to go and get some thing to eat before the gig.Me and Nicola went home and got our other two friends Laura and Denise and also nicolas aunt kathrine and her friend kathleen who were taking us.We got in there right in the middle of Relishs set and i bought a t-shirt and the comic(by the way glenn it rocks)wheatus startedthey were greatall the songs were fantastic brendan rocked ,phil was so funny and pete and mike were brilliant.
Also Brendan was wearing a kilt and he flashed!!!!! that was definetly my highlight of the night lol!!.The only let down of the night was that i didn't get on stage but oh well i wasn't that bothered about that because the whole day was great and i met some great people.
i hope u enjoyed my story i tookso long to type but i got there in the end!
