Phil is the wild child of Wheatus!!! His clothes are often as attention grabbing as his hair and dancing!!! He's no wall flower. He is always ready to have fun wheather on the stage or off, when you see them on stage it's Phils quick feet dancing away in the corner, that attract your attention, he's a funky dancer!!!
