I understand that the images will be posted on the internet (or World Wide Web) and will be available for veiw to the general public. I also understand that it is possible to "cut and paste" or "capture" my childs photograph off of the site and onto any computer that is capable of veiwing the photos. I agree to hold harmless Barbara Jantovsky, all Bulldog coaches, the city of Wayne, Wayne Youth Hockey Association or any of their offices for any damages that may arise from my child's photo being posted on this site. I also understand that for my childs safety, my childs last name, phone number or address will NOT appear anywhere on or associated with this site. In addition, I have the right to request the removal of any or all photo's of my child at any time, and have the right to expect its removal in a timely manner.
