You tell Ross that you’re going to Carl’s Jr.

“Mmm…Carl’s Jr.,” you hear Ross salivate. You go pick up Ross and drive to Carl’s Jr.

As you sit down to eat, you bring up the football game you played with Chris, noting that no real person would freak out over a football video game. Ross mentions that who in their right mind would choose to eat at a place that advertises that their burgers are so filled with filth, that you’ll be covered in it by the time your finished eating.

“You know, I read this quote in one of my textbooks,” Ross continued. “It said, ‘All the characters in this work are fictional, although they are unaware if it, as are you.’ Thus, it is proven that we are fictional characters.”

“That’s so weird,” you reply. “Although, come to think of it, that would explain a lot of things.”

“Like why we’re eating this filth,” Ross counters.

“And why Travis has no sense of direction,” Noel adds.

“And how every aspect of my life is farcical and why my wit is unrealistically sharp,” you say.

“If we’re fictional characters,” Ross reasons, “then we should be able to find other fictional characters.”

“Like a crossover?” Noel asks.

“Exactly,” Ross replies. We should go on a crusade to find other fictional characters.”
