There is always hope

When Gimli, Legolas, and Aragorn are running across the fields

and Mortensen had his broken toes

Fell deed await
Now for wrath
Now for Ruin
and the Red Dawn

Forth Eorlingas!

Too long have you
watched my sister.
Too long have you
haunted her steps.

Through Rohan over fen and field where the long grass grows
The West Wind comes walking, and about the walls it goes.
'What news from the West, O wandering wind, do you bring me tonight?
Have you seen Boromir the tall by moon or by starlight?'
'I saw him ride over seven streams, over waters wide and gray;
I saw him walk in empty lands, until he passed away
Into the shadows of the North. I saw him then no more.
The North Wind may have heard the horn of the son of Denethor.'
'O Boromir! From the high walls westward I looked afar,
But you came not from the empty lands where no men are.'

From the mouths of the Sea the South wind flies, from the sanhills and the stones;
The wailing of the gulls it bears, and at the gate it moans.
'What news from the South, O sighing wind, do you bring to me an eve?
Where now is Boromir the Fair? He tarries and I grieve.'
'Ask not of me where he doth dwell - so many bones there lie
On the white shores and on the dark shores under the stormy sky;
So many have passed down Anduin to find the flowing sea.
Ask of the North Wind news of them the North Wind sends to me!'
'O Boromir! Beyond the gate the seaward road runs south,
But you came not with the wailing gulls from the grey sea's mouth."

From the Gate of the Kings the North Wind rides, and past the roaring falls,
And clear and cold about the tower its loud horn calls.
'What news from the North, O mighty wind, do you bring it to me today?
What news of Boromir the Bold? For he is long away.'
'Beneath Amon Hen I heard his cry. There many foes he fought.
His cloven shield, his broken sword, they to the water brought.
His head so proud, his face so fair, his limbs they laid to rest;
And Rauros, golden Rauros-falls, bore him upon his breast.'
'O Boromir! The Tower of Guard shall ever northward gaze
To Rauros, golden Rauros-falls, until the end of days'

~The Two Towers: Book III, Chapter I: The Departure of Boromir

Boromir, O Boromir!
What did she say to you,
the Lady that dies not?
What did she see?
What woke in your heart then?
Why went you ever into Laurelindorenan,
and came not by your own road,
upon the horses of Rohan riding home in the morning?

~ The Two Towers, Book IV, Chapter V: The Window on the West

Frodo: They're here...
They've come...

Faramir: NAZGUL!

But in front a thin veil of water was hung, so near that Frodo could have put an outstretched arm into it. It faced westward. The level shafts of the setting sun behind beat upon it, and the red light was broken into many flickering beams of ever-changing colour. It was as if they stood at the window of some elven-tower, curtained with threaded jewels of silver and gold, and ruby, sapphire and amethyst, all kindled with an unconsuming fire.

~The Two Towers, Book IV, Chapter V: The Window on the West

As he went by the cave-mouth he saw that the Curtain was now become a dazzling veil of silk and pearls and silver thread: melting icicles of moonlight.

~The Two Towers, Book IV, Chapter VI: The Forbidden Pool

To Isengard! Though Isengard be ringed and barred with doors of stone;
Though Isengard be strong and hard, as cold as stone and bare as bone,
We go, we go, we go to war, to hew the stone and break the door;
For bole and bough are burning now, the furnace roars - we go to war!
To land of gloom with tramp and doom, with roll of drum, we come, we come;
To Isengard with doom we come!
With doom we come, with doom we come!

~The Two Towers: Book III, Chapter IV: Treebeard

What do you mean I nance like a Fairy?!?

We have trusted you this far
you have not led us astray.
Forgive me,
I was wrong to despair.

There is nothing to forgive Legolas.
