Personality:  A happy go lucky mechanic that knows the Gundams give the outward appearance that he only fixes them for the money. Howard is an aging engineer who operates an oceangoing salvage ship. He invariably wears a jazzy Hawaiian shirt and funky sunglasses. Like Gundam pilot Duo Maxwell, Howard is a member of the Sweeper Group, and his ship serves as a mobile base for Duo and the Gundam Deathscythe.

Our Thoughts @ Midnight Wing: Howard is like something from the seventies. The Hawaiian shirt complete with sunglasses, flip flops, and shorts. He also has that I've just smoked a joint and everything's going to be ok attitude. I will say Duo is cheerful but Howard seems a little fried cheerful.
