'Crystal Tide' is an ugly plant with a beautiful flower. The flowers are often called "white," but if it were a rhododendron, it would be called a yellow. Actually, the color is an ivory, or pale yellowish off-white, like the picture above. The color in the photograph is about the same as the real flower. This plant was purchased and planted around October, 1995, and has been there ever since. It has been completely hardy here.

This plant came from the Michigan Cactus and Succulent Society's plant sale. This is a great source of cuttings and potted plants.
