• You need 1 Year over the road driving experience.
• Clean Driving Record
• Drivers are on a first in, first out basis so every driver gets to be home for the weekends

Pay & Perks

• BlueLine Pays by the mile on all miles driven.
• Average Miles driven per week is 2700
• Offer Blue Cross for the driver, we also have a disability policy for the driver
• After a year or have made $5,000.00 in the previous year you are eligible
  for our simple IRA, the company will match 3% of your gross wage
• You also have the option of picking from 6 mutual funds, and may switch quarterly.
• One week paid vacation after 1 year, and 2 weeks paid after 3 years
