Aiel
Aiel are hardy and honorable people of the Aiel Waste. Even the women are
warriors. They are resistant to weapons and blunt attacks. They have
disarm, standard, but some classes may not practice it, and have to spam
it up % wise. They come with perma detect invis and sneak. They make good
about anything, 9 creation points. Good warriors and thieves.
Their race skills are "dream" and "veil"
In the Aiel land, there is a way to "dream" yourself into an
alter-universe.. the best way I've seen this Implemented into ROM was this
exact skill. Veil is what the Aiel do before battle, to not show disgrace
to the gods, they veil their faces before they go into battle, "the great
dance" as they call it. It gives them an extra attack every turn
and 1.2 damage while in effect.
Syntax: Dream
Syntax: veil
However, you must be sleeping to "dream". And you must wait a tick for it
to kick in. It then takes you to that destination.
Vampires
Vampires are a unique race, 8 creation points. They have perma fly,
perma detect invis and dark vision. They are vulnerable to wood , and resistant to many physical ailments that others are very
vulnerable to. . They are excellent for any class.
Race Skill:
syntax: feed
It's the way the vampires feed, you can not eat or drink real food, or it
may hurt you. It can take away hit points from other players if you feed
on them. If they are asleep you can do it multiple times.
Watch out for the sun:
If you aren't indoors, and it isn't night, you will receive a -50 -50
hitr/damr bonus. If it's you are indoors or it's NIGHT you wil receive a
+50 +50 hit/dam bonus. This is not cancellable.
Sprites
Sprites are small fairies. They have huge wings that they fly around on. Sprites are considered very wise
by some peoples, and are respected as any Elder in their village would be.
Sprites revolve around magic. They rarely are seen in the form of a warrior
or thief or cleric, if they are, they are extremely weak. They are flying,
and can go invisible AND hidden whenever they choose to be. whenever you wish. They are resistant to charm person,
weapons, and magic in general, but they are also vulnerable to acid and
poison. They cost 6 creation points.
Sprites get the ability to create "dust".
Syntax: dust
This creates a pile of sprite dust. It is not a permanent object, as it
only lasts a handful of ticks. There may be one or more spells on it.
Syntax: sprinkle dust
This uses the dust, and puts the spell effects from it onto you.
