To advance our goals of building a strong state and national Green Party, , informing the public of Joe Knollenberg's record, and electing a Green to office, sadly, it does take some money. So, if you are able to spare a dime, quarter, dollar, five dollars, a twenty (thats always nice :), anything you can, just send it to the address below. The money would mainly go to leaflets and brochures that we would use in canvassing that would describe in detail the great ideas and beliefs that Greens hold, so that the public can realize that, hey, these aren't just a group of pot- smoking hippies(not that that is a bad thing :) who have no ideas, but commonsense folk with plans that would enhance, not hinder our great nation. Money also would be used for lawn signs, to get the MacDermaid name in the minds of voters, and reinforce the leaflets and flyers. ************************************************************************************************** If you are writing a check, make it payable to Marilyn MacDermaid. Also, make sure that you identify yourself and your address, just in case we raise above $5,000 and we have to file with the FEC. ************************************************************************************************** But, if you don't have a dime to spare, or you want to contribute to the cause in other ways, just drop us a line stating your wishes of helping out the campaign. You can canvass neighborhoods in your area, post a yard sign in your lawn, march in parades, and so forth.
