Learning Works! I, II, and III are each a three-hour block of classes encompassing English, Science and Social Studies. The three classes will be rotated in such a way that a student can take three years of Learning Works! without taking the same class twice. The courses can be taken in any sequence and fulfill graduation requirements in the three content areas. Each course will contain separate units based on the following:

In addition to the exploration of these large topics, Learning Works! will assist students in the transition from school to work. Career exploration, preparation, and decision-making will be emphasized. Students will work in teams in a contemporary office-type setting with access to advanced computer technology and on-line services. Each unit will culminate in a team-designed project which integrates the three subject areas.
