Frank, his family and George, have the "VanConant" spelling of last name, per records that are available for them.)

Could this be referring to Victor O. Montney, son of Mary Catherine (VanConant) Montney and Henry H. Montney. Mary Catherine was William F. VanConant's sister and Henry H. Montney was Christine (Montney) VanConant's brother.

Photo appears to be taken in a farm field with an outbuilding on the far left side of the photo.
Photo was taken prior to 1934/35, as Thelma died at age of 18.
