| Coan, Della A. (Clark) | Mrs. William Coan Funeral services for Mrs. Della A. Coan, age 51, who died of a heart disease at her home, 1612 Windemere Avenue, Royal Oak, yesterday morning, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 at the United Presbyterian parsonage. The Rev. Harry B. Rhine will officiate. Burial will be at the Roseland Park Cemetery. Surviving are her husband, William and five children, Dorothy, Kenneth, Mrs. David Snyder, Mrs. O. L. Newton and Mrs. Norman Hill. |

| Radtke, Florence Rosina (Lieblein) | Mrs. Florence Rosina Radtke, age 65, of
Royal Oak, died Friday in Martin Place Hospital East,
Madison Heights. She was born Dec. 4, 1910, in Detroit,
and married Walter Radtke June 4, 1940. Mr. Radtke is
deceased. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Martin (Kathleen) Golden of Royal Oak and Mrs. Walter (Eileen) Fidler of Hazel Park; a son, Eric of Romulus; her mother, Mrs. Florence K. Lieblein of Royal Oak; and 10 grandchildren. Mrs Radtke was a clerk for the U.S. Army's Automotive Tank Command in Warren. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, at the Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 Lafayette, Royal Oak, conducted by the Rev. Onita Meyer of the Royal Oak Unity Temple. A private commital service will follow at Grandlawn Cemetery, Detroit. Cremation will be at the Grandlawn Cemetery, Detroit. |
| VanConant, Frank | Frank VanConant, age 92, 102 Vermont,
Troy, formerly of Lake Orion, died Thursday in the
Veterans Hospital, Allen Park. He was a retired
self-employed carpenter. Mr. VanConant was born February 5, 1878, in Clare, to the late Mr. and Mrs. William VanConant (Christine Montney). He was married to Laura M. Knoll on Dec. 7, 1904, in Detroit. She survives. Also surviving are three sons, Leo E., Traverse City; Raymond L., 4128 Elmhurst, Royal Oak; Walter H., 56 Hickory, Troy; nine grandchilddren; and 19 great-grandchildren. The Rev. Sam C. Seizert, St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Bloomfield Hills, will conduct funeral services at 3 p.m., Saturday, at the Price Funeral Home, 3725 South Rochester, Troy. Burial wil be in the White Chapel Memorial Cemetery. |

| Vancoughnett, Clarence Edward Manley | Suddenly at the Hotel Dieu Hospital on Thursday, Sept 2, 1993, Clarence Edward Manley Vancoughnett, in his 83rd year, beloved husband of the late Rita Smith, son of the late Edward and Elizabeth Vancoughnett, dear father of Luella and her husband Wilfred Hughson, of Sydenham; Meryl Magee of Odessa; John and his wife Pat of the Yukon; Wendell and his wife Rita of Kingston; Bertha and her husband Lawrence Kelly of Ottawa; Evelyn and her husband Michael Davis of Kingston; and Wanda Fellows of British Columbia, lovingly remembered by several grandchildren. Resting at the Lindsay Funeral Home, Sydenham for Funeral Service on Sunday, Sept 5 at 2:00 pm. Interment in Desert Lake Cemetery. |
