It just hit me this week that we did it. Yahoo_NSYNC: I didn't believe 'em at first, I thought it was some gimmick on the phone, so I really didn't take it serious at all. Yahoo_NSYNC: They said they would fly me down the next day. I was really busy, cause that night was my homecoming at school and I was more interested in that. Yahoo_NSYNC: But when I got home that night, I decided to do it the next day, and when I met them , I knew it was going to be something huge, when I first them. nsync_geeks asks: What was the significance of calling your new album "No Strings Attached"? Yahoo_NSYNC: Different meanings. "No strings attached" is usually said when they want you to check out something. Yahoo_NSYNC: We said it cause we want you to listen to it, and you decide what to think, have your own personal opinion. Yahoo_NSYNC: And we also feel finally free of what has been holding us back, we are in control of everything we do. Yahoo_NSYNC: Groups like us are usually all guided about and told what to do, and that is so not us. So we are to tell you we have no strings attached. SebasChan asks: Who does the group's laundry when they're on the road? Yahoo_NSYNC: LOL! My laundry was just taken care of yesterday cause I was home! Yahoo_NSYNC: Every once in a while we get to go home, but if we really need it done, we have a girl named Leslie, who does our wardrobe, and when we really need it, she is gracious enough to do it. Sweetie_pie4_26 asks: Lance, how was the charity basketball game in Atlanta? :) Yahoo_NSYNC: It was very successful. I think we raised a little over ,000 for Arnold Palmer's Hospital. Yahoo_NSYNC: The people that came out - it was very thrown together, it was our first charitable event, we hope to make it annual - and so many people came out, Brian McKnight and his brother who is in Take Six, Usher, Kobe Bryant, Jamal Anderson, other NBA players, Shanice, there were a lot of people who came out to support us,. Yahoo_NSYNC: It's called No Strings Attached. Yahoo_NSYNC: There will be several songs on the album written by some of us. Yahoo_NSYNC: The album cover is probably the coolest album cover you've ever seen, it's very different. Yahoo_NSYNC: But it was really cool, cause nothing was set in the song, it was all scatting. So the six of us went in and just scatted and whatever was recorded was left in. When the group first got together, we had been together four months trying to get a record deal. There was a clothing line called Wacko, the worst, most hideous clothes I ever saw in my life, Yahoo_NSYNC: it was like club clothes, mine were shiny, green and yellow, and we had to do a photo shoot in them It was awful! Yahoo_NSYNC: Actually, my artist Meredith Edwards, who is opening up for us right now, today was her last day. One is my American Music Award. I was the Vice President of our class, so Student Council. Students Against Drunk Driving, FCA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Honor SOciety, Youth in Government, Mayor's Youth Council. Yahoo_NSYNC: THose are the main ones. yahoomusic: tell us about the white tigers you posed with in "teen people magazine"... Yahoo_NSYNC: Those tigers, we had the pleasure of adopting an endangered species this year. They asked a few different celebrities, Mario Lopez, we were the only musicians to do it. It's called Stars In the Wild Project. Yahoo_NSYNC: They are releasing the white tiger toys, for Christmas, you press its paw and it makes sounds from it's habitat. And our pictures are around it's collar. And all proceeds go to protect the white tiger. wworm82 asks: what are your favorite nba teams???? Yahoo_NSYNC: And we were up against so many great people. And we knew we weren't going to win cause there were so many great people. Yahoo_NSYNC: We did the LA Forum and it this is Sugar Hill Gang's 20th anniversary bracelet. Besides them, I'm the only one that has it. They gave it to me cause it was their dream to play the LA Forum and they played it with us. It's special to me cause they invented rap, they're legendary.
