They’re baaaack! That’s right everyone! Those crazy CATS cast members from New York are back, and in ……….. London!? YES! LONDON! Come join Josh, Ryan, Peter, Tiffany, Danny, Jessica and Holly in London to see if this time, they can make it through the rehersals!
"I said na na na na na, na na na na na na na na na na, na na na naaaa!" Ryan sang as she walked down the street of New York heading towards the Winter Garden Theater, to work. "Na na na na na, na na na na na na na na na na, na na na naa!" She said, this time clapping her hands.
"Must you always make a spectical of yourself?" Muttered Jessica from walking up beside Ryan.
"Yeah, it’s fun. Sing it with me! C’mon! NA na na na na, na na na na na na na na na na,"
"na na na naaa!" Jessica joined in. "Heading to the theater?"
"Offff course, where else?"
"Stupid question I guess." Jessica grinned devilishly.
"Ok," Ryan said stopping suddenly. "What do you know, that I don’t?"
"Oh, nothing… nothing that involves you and…. Josh." She grinned, and took off down the street.
"HEY!" Ryan yelled and the two ran all the way to the theater.
"Yo, Jo! How’s it go?" Ryan said as she slipped past the new Macavity.
"Fine Ryan, how ya been." He replied casualy as Ryan put her hands on her hips.
"OH fine, Jessica and I just sung all the way down the street."
"Oh yeah, what song?"
"Urrr, I don’t know the title, but it goes, ‘na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na, na na na naaaa!"
"Oh yeah, that song. Land of a thousand dances."
"That’s it! Hey, is Josh here yet?"
"Yeah, he’s backstage talking to Ms. Robin, about one thing or another."
"Oh ok. So, are you and Holly still going out?"
"Mmmhm." Jo replied as he leaned back. "But she’s been avoiding me lately, or at least it seems like it. The past few times I’ve gotten here early, and she’s always here before anyone else, backstage. She says she’s ‘making preparations."
"Right." Ryan said slowly, and put a hand on Jo’s shoulder. "Catch ya later."
That’s odd. Ryan thought to herself. Why would Holly have any reason to get here early? And what kind of ‘preparations’ is she talking about?
She shuddered at the thought that ran through her mind, almost instantly after she had a flash back of Virginia’s performance. The hospital, and the gaint spoon, she shuddered.
"RYAN!" She was pulled from her flashback by Josh as he loped on stage.
"Hey Josh." Josh jumped over three stairs, and embraced Ryan in a bear hug. He automaticaly realized something was wrong.
"What’s up? Something bothering you?" He said, sitting down on the arm of a chair. Ryan was kind of staring off into space, she sighed and blinked, looking at the ground.
"I just talked to Jo, and he said Holly’s been acting weird. I.. well… let’s just say I had a flashback…" Ryan frowned, Josh nodded, and kissed her on the cheek.
"Don’t worry. Nothing like that’s ever going to happen again right? We’re not going to let it."
"BOO!"
"AH!"
"SHIT!"
Danny yelled as he popped up behind Ryan and Josh. Ryan reached over and put her hands around his neck as if to strangle him.
"Oh! Cold hands! Cold hands!" Danny muttered, grabbing her wrists, Josh shook his head and laughed.
"OOOH! Can I kill him Josh? Can I kill him? PLEASE!"
"Sorry Ryan, we kind of need him. But, Danny, what the HELL were you thinking?"
Danny started laughing.
