The story of the King:
Born and raised in the slums of sector 7G, this hero was made to defeat Pikachus. Before he was king, he joined a rebel group known as "ASPREZA". He then discovered how experienced he was in the black arts and went bad for a while. Eventually he came to his senses. In his spare time, King Poliwhirl goes to Russia to play one of his most favorite life games-Russian Glass. He is very skilled when it comes to war and his ideal weapon of choice is the lance (His lance is made of gold, spiked, and is sharpened every day) However, he can't but help have his NORMAL personal stuff. He loves the Machines of Loving Grace, the color black, and round shiny things. He also likes to skip in field of daisies when he gets the chance. His IQ said to be well over 863. Uh, not much else is known about this great character...
