The story of the Lance
Before our empire was as strong as it is now, we were out searching OUT OF THE EMPIRE to find recruits for our mighty armies. One day our men were ambushed by Pikachus and were sent running into the forest. They kept running and running and running..and then they found it. A vilage! A sign read SOUTH CAPE (familiar?) They thought "Great! We'll find more recruits here than in the plains out in the middle of nowhere! Then they decided to rest the night at an Inn. When they awoke they were leaving and then they saw him His nametag read: Lance. Apparently he had been working as a service guy for the Inn. They hadn't ever seen as good of a service guy as this one. Although, they thought they had seen him with a sling shot and a spray paint bottle, "Repainting" the city walls, they planned to ask him to join. And there was something about him, but they couldn't point it out. They asked him to join them as a greeter or a mercenary, and he replyed by saying (quite oddly) "GREETER!!!". Later he left the village with all of the other new recruits and on to a new life. After that he met the Cannon Man and became a fanatic, and decided to join him as his second cronie.
