TEXAS STATE BAR ASSOCIATION REVISITED: In February, 1997, the Texas State Bar Association conducted another investigatory hearing since I submitted a report my ex-spouses's attorney made a false Certified claim to a Court about not receiving adequate notification of the appeal I submitted. I contended such actions violated Perjury civil laws applicable to citizens and American Bar Association Professional Ethics Rules for lawyers. However, the Texas State Bar Association investigation committee again ruled there was "insufficient evidence" my ex-spouse's attorney committed a wrongdoing. The letter used to notify me of the decision was the same standard form letter (with the same words and just a different date) that I received concerning the investigation decision from the 1995 State Bar report I submitted.
