1.  ELIZABETH¹ LETTICE¹ died Unknown.  She married (1) SHURTLEFF¹.  He died Unknown.  She married (2) JACOB COOKE¹ 18 Nov 1669 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts¹, son of FRANCIS COOKE and HESTER MAHIEU.  He was born 1618 in Leyden, South Holland, Netherlands¹, and died Bet. 11 - 18 Dec 1675 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts¹.
