One source says born in Glastonbury, County Somerset England.  Brought to America by his parents in 1635.  Rem to Scituate about 1677 and thence to Barnstable in 1678.  Returned to Scituate where he died.  Buried Meeting House Lane, Scituate.

Took oath of fidelity 1662.
