Fudge Brownies
This is one of my favorite recipes!  The secret to
super moist brownies is the liquid lecithin.
    1 c   margarine
2/3c   cocoa
1/4c    oil
1/4c    liquid lecithin
     2c   sugar
     4     eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tsp   vanilla
1 1/2c  flour
      1c   chopped walnuts
Melt margarine.  Stir in oil, sugar, lecithin, and sugar.  Add eggs and vanilla; beat lightly just until combined (don't over beat or brownies will rise too high the fall).  Stir in flour and nuts.  Spread batter in a greased 9 X 13 pan.  Bake at 325^ for 30 minutes.  Cool; cut in bars.
