MY PROGRESS!!! (oh, don't you just care!)
Everyone seems to want to know how everyone else's costume is going. Because of that, I have set up this section of my site--what's going on in my costume.
7/28/99--Awhile ago I chose to do a Demeter costume. Currently the only use stuff I have for it are the needles for making the wig, and I can use the extra black and white yarn from my Rumpelteazer costume.
8/13/99--Today I purchased some more yarn in black, white, and yellow for use on the Demi costume!
8/15/99--I began my tail today. It's looking pretty good. I will continue working on it, but you will not get a progress report until I'm done with it.
9/16/99--Whoo! Demi's not been very good about updates! Lessee, today I got white leggings to use on my costume, and I have the makings of gloves sitting around in my bedroom.
10/25/99--Okay...can we say Demi is a MAJOR SLACKER when it comes to updates? Both leggings and a spiffy new turtleneck have been given the base coat of yellow. Gloves are completely done. Legwarmers (made from faux fur) are about half-done. Wig still needs to be colored and trimmed (a lot). I've got an idea of what to do for the collar.
1/29/00--Somehow, I don't think major slacker cuts it--DEMI IS PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE OF UPDATING! Well, for Halloween, I went as a sans-black markings Demi, with a feather boa tail, faux fur 'warmers, sock gloves, and a crummy wig. I finished adding the black markings today, and am still working on the yarn tail, and will redo the wig. Maybe I'll actually update...nah, think realistically, Demi.
