Hypnosis: Universo uses this device to hypnotize his victims with Mn ability. This lasts long after he leaves them. It allows him to control people in the following manner:
-Mind Wipe: Am ability to erase memories in his victims.
-Mind Control: Mn ability to have people under his control think independently (to a degree) to accomplish the goals he sets them to.
-Mind Block: Am, using his mental abilities he can also appear to be someone else, so that everyone viewing him sees and remembers him as a completely different person.
