Heavenly Jam
5 cups Rhubarb, uncooked, try for as red as possible 5 cups sugar  1 can crushed pinapple 2 large pkgs strawberry or rasp jello 
Boil rhubarb, sugar and pinapple together for 20 min. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir well. Set five minutes then bottle. Makes 9 cups. 

 
  
Perfect Chocolate Cake (and I do mean perfect)

see below for frosting to match

2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 3/4 cups flour 1 cup milk 3/4 cups cocoa 1/2 cup oil  1 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 cup boiling water 1 tsp salt 
Heat oven to 350*, combine dry ingrediants in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 mins on med speed. Stir in water. Pour into prepared pans (9x13 or 2 8 inch rounds). Also makes great cupcakes. Bake 30-35 mins. Cool for 10 mins. Remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. 

 
  
Perfect Frosting
1/2 cup marg 2/3 cup cocoa 3 cups icing sugar  1 tsp vanilla milk, about 1/2 cup 
Melt marg, stir in cocoa. Alternatly add sugar and milk, beating on medium speed. Add more milk as needed. Add vanilla last. Makes a lot of icing, very yummy, tastes like Betty Crocker! 

 
  
The Very Best Tomato Macaroni Salad You'll Ever Eat!!!!! 

recipe for dressing is below

4 cups uncooked macaroni 1 large can of diced tomatoes 2 chopped green onions  1 chopped green pepper 3 stalks celery chopped cucumber if you want 
Cook macaroni, run under water. Add all the vege's, tomaotes and dressing.

 
  
Dressing for The Very Best Tomato Macaroni Salad 

 

2/3 cup sugar 

1/2 cup oil 

1/2 cup ketchup 

salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Add dry to wet, mix really well. Pour over salad. Salad is best if served chilled for at least 4 hours, even better the next day!
