| Roast |
Olive oil |
| This is a really
good recipe for not so great cuts of
meat, as it will always come out VERY
tender and yummy. It's best to put
this on first in the morning as the
longer you leave it in the crock pot the
more tender it is take a frying pan and
turn it on high heat.....coat pan with
olive oil....and sear your meat When the
meat is seared transfer to a slow cooker
(crock pot)...season with garlic, basil,
salt, pepper......whatever is on your
spice rack....throw in a little water,
some onion, potatos, carrots,
whatever......put on lid and walk away |
