"What are you doing here?" Reni asked them, when she realized they were with her.
"We're not sure, Reni. Your little pink cloud took us with you." Mina said.
"But I didn't ask for it to take you!"
"We know, Reni. It's not your fau/lt." Ami said soothingly.
"Hey, where's Sailor Pluto?" Serena asked.
Everyone looked around, noticing the deserted doors.
"Puu? Puu, where are you?" Reni yelled.
"Guys, I don't think Sailor Pluto has been here in awhile." Reni said, pointing to the dust that lay all over the Gates of Time.
"But we were just here!" Lita said. "How can it be like that?"
"This is time we are dealing with, remember." Darien said. "What seems like a few hours to us, might well have been a few centuries here."
"But Puu wouldn't leave her post!" Reni said.
"Maybe she had to, Reni. Something might have happened to the timeline." Ami said.
"Well, what do we do now? Do we go through the gates?" Mina asked.
"I think we should." Serena said forcefully. "We can't stay here, unless you can bring us back with your key, Reni."
"I don't know. I can try." She reached for the key, around her neck, but felt nothing there. "Hey! My key! It's gone!"
Sure enough, the key was gone. It was not on Reni, nor could it be found within the mist of the Gate of Time.
"That settles it then, we go through." Serena said. "We go through the gates."
Everyone turned to look at her, but she did not notice. She just knew that something was wrong, and that whatever it was, she had to fix it, no matter what.
