In a dark room we see a lone figure. A light is turned on and pirched on her arm is an Falcon.
"That's a good boy Rain. I want you to collect all the Sailor Scouts transformation devices."
She walks out on the balcony and throws the eagle up. It spreads it's wings and glides away. He comes to the first Scouts house. Mars. He flew in an open window and searched for her pen. He finally found it and was about to fly off when Raye's crows flew after him. During their battle he dropped the pen. He swooped down picked it up and flew to his mistress. He flew to the other scouts home. After they were all collected they were placed on a table in a row.
"I'll give each their power by order."
She picked up Serena's compact and a Rainbow light flowed from her hands to the compact. It stayed the same but it had a barley visible Rainbow in the back ground. Across town in Cherry Hill Temple all the Scouts plus Tuxedo Mask was there.
"All your transformation Pens were stolen?" asked a worried Luna.
"Do you have your Compact Serena?" asked Raye.
"It's missing too." Serena replied.
"Are you sure you didn't loose it Meatball Head!"
"Raye you are so mean!" yelled Serena.
"Stop it you two, said Luna with a sweat drop. We'll have to search for them."
"Where would we look Luna?" asked Raye.
"At the places where the Negaverse and the Negamoon attached."
They split up in five's. Serena went with Alex, Lita, Amy, and Susan. And Darien with Michelle, Raye, Minna, and Hillary. Serena and the girls walked into a Jewelry store and searched all around. A store clerk went up to them.
"Hi there!" How you doing? Can I interest you girls in anything? The clerk held out a beautiful necklace to each person. The necklace where the colors of the Scouts. The Scouts looked at them and decided to get them.
"Would you like a bag for those?"
"No, we're fine," replied Alex. They walked out of the store and continued their search. The clerk ran out the back of the store and ran where Darien and the rest of the Scouts were. She also offered them necklace with their favorite colors on them. She offered Darien a pen. They all excepted them and walked off.
"That was weird. We didn't have to buy them."
"Michelle, she said they were free."
"I know Raye, but look around you, nobody else has a necklace like this." She held up the item.
"Let's go find the others," suggested Hillary. They all ran off to meet the others at the Arcade. When they got there people were screaming. They ran into the Arcade to find the other Scouts there as well.
"I wish I had my brooch!" whispered Serena.
"And my Pen," said Raye.
"Me too."
"Ya me three."
All the Scouts were wishing the same thing. The necklace they bought glowed. They turned into their pens, rose, and compact. Everybody was stunned. Then they all transformed.
"I am SailorMoon! Fighter of Love and Justice in the name of the Moon..."
"Mercury..."
"Venus..."
"Mars..."
"Jupiter..."
"Uranus..."
"Neptune..."
"Saturn..."
"And Pluto"
"WE WILL PUNISH YOU!"
