Soundstorm is so small he is unnoticed by most Transformers. he is armed with a hypersonic sound gun, 2 small laser cannons, 1 large cannon, 1 small missile launcher with 6 missiles, and 2 heavy missiles mounted on his large cannon. He attacks all life he sees, an intellegent lunatic, convinced that if it is not his than it is trying to destroy him. In cassette mode, hemostly attacks humans, using his sound to create what he calls the "Screaming Death", which ends up quite bloody.
