Watergirl

• A flower collection set up on my window
• A distant call that's waiting for goodbye
• Now I've bought the isles of understanding
• The room's on fire like I'm supposed to cry
• The chosen path has landed on deception
• The iron men have all now testified
• Bright curtains flow along, knowing I am wrong
• The answers in my mind lay where they died
• If I'm the one standing in the water
• And gazing of my light beneath the sun
• If I'm the rain that sails above the sorrow
• Then where is the sea when I'm done?
• The shallow summer's breath has gone unnoticed
• With the title of my tree no longer clear
• Beyond the circumstances of deception
• The shifters raise, so it gets dark round here
• The tiles are laying smoothly on the water
• The roses on the mantle are mostly thorns
• The silence in the breeze will burn your eyes so you can't see
• And life's windows from the maybe are all torn
• So may I still stand above the water?

Burning

• I've wandered into nighttime past regret
• Splended to the courtesy of time
• Forever I held trapped inside my hand
• The power of a simple black refine
• Dark into the misty eye of December
• I walked among the trances of debate
• Forwarding myself into illusion
• The world stood cold and i had been too late
• In dusty mutes I beg for your forgiveness
• With sand enveloping till above my brow
• Eternity of darkness everlasting
• Serenity is dead, bring in the now
• Facing consequences of ignorance
• By the word of my lonely darkness
• I've faltered into nothing on the water
• As the rocks tumble over me time will press
• Bold, I reach up to the winter sky
• The sun has burned away the gentle snow
• And tides is vision sweep along the shadows
• My soul collapses, turning as they go
• Tables upon tiles of deceit
• No resemblence of the raining calls
• Against my own desires I am burning
• Fire didn't take long for ash to fall

• There is no blame in the summer night shining
• For myths of desperate time lie healing in despair
• Once more the billboard is empty
• If you can't breath stay out of the air
• Widows of darkness await the heavy rain
• More than the vision one hides for self denial
• Truth stalks up like a thieving child
• Winter, the water grows grayish in trial
• He stood there in the glare of the fire
• The mountains below him never meant a thing
• And with one more word the night went down
• For what shrill marks happiness brings
• Calming of the thunder they sat in a forcast
• The rain descending upon them for days
• And in their shadow of lightenning to bring
• The wicked sun blinding with endless rage
• Purple seascapes of another day
• Bringing in a deeper sense of self control
• Furthermost deception in cornering clouds
• For every inhabitant of the summer's toll
• Winter still lies upon the desperate souls
• And glass plates the doorways when no more shall pass
• Gone into nightfall courtesy of the rain
• Another sandy shoreline, empty, turns to grass
