Ingredients

• Party Baloon
• Wheat flour (approx. 1 pound)
• Newspaper
• Papermache
• Scissors
• String
• A pencil or stick
• Water

• Mix water with flower in a bowl or bucket until past is sticky.  if too dry, add more water.
• Inflate baloon and tie up at end, with string.  Hang it on an area you can work at
• Cut the newspaper into strips.  Now paste the strips to the balloon; one layer at a time untill you cover the whole balloon.  Let it sit for at least 24 hours so i tcan get dry.  After that file is dry aplly another film of newpaper and let it dry again 24 hours or so.  Finally put another layer of newspaper and let it dry 24 hours.  Once the balloon is dry and hard then proceed to the next step
• Decorate the balloon with the papermache or crepe paper if you have.
• Use a knife to open near the mouth of the balloon if it does not have a big mouth and you want to put some candy in it.
• After you put the candy in it; tape the opening you made shut
