So you were curious about who made this page? Finally, I got a pic up here. I am one of the unlucky people who doesn't have a scanner :(. I do hope to be buying one in the near future though. I got this pic scanned at school. Well anyways, enough with that, cuz that's not what you came to read anyways.
I can't wait till school's out and I've graduated! Eh, only another month (June 29) to go. Next year, I'll be attending Markville S.S. and what's great is that most of my friends from school are going there too. Oh, by the way, my name's Kristiina :). Pleased to meet you *shakes your hand* ;). So hmm...me...? I like doing stuff with my friends and going to concerts, I love live music :). I love guitar and I'm really into writing poetry (warning: the stuff on my poetry page here is kinda crap so don't bother reading it:), going downtown, summer vacation (who doesn't?), reading, etc.
My best-friend is one of my most favorite people in the world! Mitra bebe: "I wuv wuu!!! :)" I've known her since the first grade and we became friends in grade 3. Ever since then, we've been inseparable and we are so close:). I just recently had the best talk with her that I've ever had about all this stuff like relationships and growing up stuff and so on; I never knew how open she was until we had this talk. What's so wonderful about her is that she really listens and she CaRes! Do you know how many people there are out there who couldn't care less about anything you have to say? It's awful! This year, I have really found out who my friends are and I've found out who are worth being friends with. I mean, sometimes, I'll be really down about something and I'll tell whoever and then right after I'm finished, they start talking about how they bought new shoes last weekend and it's like, "Did you even hear a damn fucking word I said?!" I can't believe how people can be rude. It just bothers me. And you see, Mitra isn't like that at all and that is one of the things that I love about her :). We've been through so much together and gotten through it :). I just really treasure her and our friendship and we know we'll always be best-friends :).
As far as music goes, I'm really into alternative, rock and anything different from what I've heard before. I'm not much for rap or r'n'b though or teenie bopper bands like the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync. It just doesn't do anything for me. I mean, when we have our school dances, ALL and I mean almost ALL the d.j.'s play is Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync and rap and r'n'b! It's sickening. They'll only play like 2 or 3 good songs. My favorite bands are Placebo, Garbage, Hole, Manic Street Preachers (can't wait till the album comes out domestic here!), Marilyn Manson (though not as much as b4), Stabbing Westward, KoRn and Silverchair. I also like a bunch of other bands such as: Catatonia, Blur, Econoline Crush, Rob Zombie, Matthew Good Band, Nine Inch Nails, Fatboy Slim, Limp Bizkit, The Cranberries, K's Choice, Kid Rock, REM, The Offspring, basically just lots, too many to list plus I can't remember them all! And my favorite singers are Sarah McLachlan, Holly McNarland and Jewel.
