Immigrant Suns
My brother-in-law, Ben Temkow, plays with this band. They are great. I've seen them many times at Bell's. It's hard to explain how they sound. With the use of a large variety of instruments, they explore many sounds of the world.

Frank Zappa
All things Zappa, I guess. I was always intrigued by The Mothers of Invetion albums Dad owned (strange covers), little did I know the music was great, talented, and humorous.

Yes
I remember hearing Yes as a kid. I never really knew how good they are until one crazy day. No space to tell the story, but let's just say it involved the album "Close To The Edge". Just amazing.

Jethro Tull
Never was a big fan until I heard "Thick As A Brick". It opened the door for much other work by Tull. Now I appreciate some of the more obscure stuff by them.

Pink Floyd
For those of you who don't know me, this band is half-responsible for the way I turned out thus far. I used to be obsessed with them, of course, since Roger is no longer part of them, things have changed, but I remain a loyal fan nonetheless. This band made me realize music can be much more than a good beat that you can dance to.

Emerson Lake & Palmer
I was always familiar with thier hits, but I found that the real gems from ELP have never been heard by the masses. Only those who find them...know. All others?...don't bother.

I didn't search long, but this is one of the few Traffic sites I found that I liked. Steve Winwood has many pages, but traffic is a popular word on search engines.
