Hidatsas

When Sacagawea was about 12, the Hidatsas raided their camp and stole horses and took prisoners. They ended up either gambling her or selling her.  They gave Sacagawea her name.  They gave Lewis and Clark directions.  When they came in the Winter they welcomed the Corps and tried to help them stay warm.
