SPINACH DIP
Ingredients:
2 packages frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed & drained)
1 cup Sour Cream ~1 cup Plain Yogurt
1 cup finely chopped Green Onions
1/2 teaspoon Salt ~1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Pepper ~1 clove Garlic, crushed
Mix all ingredients. Cover & refridgerate 1 hour. Serve
with crackers or fresh Vegetables. Yield: 4 1/2 cups
Dip

BACON CHEESE APPETIZERS
Ingredients:
16 slices Bacon, cut in 1/2
1 pound block Cheddar Cheese
16 Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
32 toothpicks
Cut Cheddar chesse in 32 even cubes. Sprinkle cubes with
the dash of cayenne pepper. Wrap bacon slices around cheese
cubes. Fasten together with toothpicks. Place on baking
sheet or oven proof glass dish. Broil for about 5 minutes,
turning after 2-3 minutes. Remove from broiler & add one
1/2 cherry tomato to each one. Makes 16 servings
(2 per
person).
