Note: "Focus" means the direction the head and eyes are turned. Note that this is the head only, not the shoulders or the hips. When the focus "follows" a hand, that means that it turns in the direction the hand is moving as the hand moves.
Note 2: After the second move (when the you first step into side stance), the belt should not move up or down, but stay at the same height for the duration of the form.
Start in ready position.
1. Move left in front of right into right twisted stance (the left heel should be pulled off the ground and the knees bent so that the right shin rests on the left calf). Place right hand over left, palm-in over groin. Focus is to the front.
2. Lift right knee high to the shoulder and stomp down into right side stance. Just as the foot stomps down, right back hand to right side, left fist on the left hip. Focus follows the right hand.
3. Pivot hips and shoulders 90° to right, elbow strike with left elbow into right hand. Focus stays to the right.
4. Pivot 90° back to left into right side stance, place hands in check position (right fist palm up on hip, left fist palm down on top of it). Focus is to the front.
5. Low block with left arm to left. Focus is to the left.
6. Punch across hip with right fist to left. Bring left left back to left hip (fists should end up in "check" position on the left hip). Focus stays to the left.
7. Step with right foot across to the left into left twisted stance (the right heel should be pulled off the ground and the knees bent so that the left shin rests on the right calf). Focus stays to the left.
8. Lift the left knee high to the left shoulder and stomp down into left side stance. As the foot stomps down, middle block with the right arm to the front (left fist stays on left hip). Focus follows the right arm.
9. Punch up over left shoulder with right fist, punch low in front of groin with left fist. Focus stays to the front.
10. Back fist over left shoulder with left fist, low block in front of the groin with the right arm. Focus stays to the front.
11. Inward augmented middle block (left arm blocking, right fist under left elbow). Focus stays to the front.
12. Twist the augmented block to block to the left while lifting left foot off the ground (bring left foot to right knee, but keep left knee out to side). Focus follows the left arm.
13. Twist the augmented block to block to the right while switching feet -- right foot to left knee. Focus follows the left arm.
14. Set right foot down in left side stance again, bottom fist strike straight out to the left with the left fist (left fist is palm down). Right fist guards (also palm down) in front of solar plexus. Focus is to the left. Gi-yup!
15. Back hand with the left hand to left side. Pull the right fist back to the right hip. Focus stays to the left.
16. Pivot hips and shoulders 90° to the left, elbow strike with right elbow into left hand. Focus stays to the left.
17. Pivot 90° back to the right into left side stance, place hands in check position (left fist palm up on hip, right fist palm down on top of it). Focus is to the front.
18. Low block with right arm to the right side. Focus is to the right.
19. Punch across hip with left fist to right. Bring right fist back to right hip (fists should end up in "check" position on the right hip). Focus stays to the right.
20. Step with left foot across to the right into right twisted stance (the left heel should be pulled off the ground and the knees bent so that the right shin rests on the left calf). Focus stays to the right.
21. Lift the right knee high to the right shoulder and stomp down into right side stance. As the foot stomps down, middle block with the left arm to the front (right fist stays on right hip. Focus follows the left arm to the front.
22. Punch up over right shoulder with left fist, punch low in front of groin with right fist. Focus stays to the front.
23. Back fist over right shoulder with right fist, low block in front of the groin with the left arm. Focus stays to the front.
24. Inward augmented middle block (right arm blocking, left fist under right elbow).
25. Twist the augmented block to block to the right while lifting right foot off the ground (bring right foot to left knee, but keep right knee out to side). Focus follows the right arm.
26. Twist the augmented block to block to the left while switching feet -- left foot to right knee. Focus follows the right arm.
27. Set right foot down in side stance again, bottom fist strike straight out to the right with the right fist (right fist is palm down). Left fist guards (also palm down) in front of the solar plexus. Focus is to the right. Gi-yup!
28. Bring right foot back to left foot into attention stance, right palm over left in front of groin.
Step back into ready position.
