THUNDER SHOUTS
Thunder rolls across the sky,
lightning breaks the dark of night,
wind whispers like a lover's sigh
as I just sit alone and cry.
Rain dances softly in the street
to the sound of its own melody
as I sit alone and think of me
and how I wish my life could be.
As lightning fills the midnight sky
with a flash of luminescent light,
and thunder shouts its angry cry,
I think of you and sadly sigh.
I just don't know what to do.
I am so in love with you.
