The German Grand Prix

Wow. What a race. This was certainly a very interesting and most entertaining race. Schumi's last-ditch qualifying attempt was fantastic! While everyone was lapping over two seconds behind the front row, along comes Schumi and BLAMO! There he is next to DC. What a treat!

The lights go out, and from the world feed it looked like Schumi had a much better start than David Coulthard. But what's this? Schumi is behind both of the McLarens! Suddenly another BLAMO! and all you see is the Ferrari spinning, with bits of red parts flying off! In anger I threw the remote to the ground and stormed off, commenting how this was getting "pretty f***ing boring". It seems like forever that Schumi actually finished a race! What's up with that?

Anyway, I did sit back down, and did watch what turned out to be a most exciting and interesting race. Bravo to Rubens Barrichello for staying out in the wet and driving the Ferrari like it was wearing Aquatreads(R). With fine support from his number two man, Schumi maintains his lead in the championship. Hopefully two weeks from now will find me posting about Schumacher's decisive win and his return to dominance over the McLaren yahoos...
