was born 24 Jul 1878 at Greeley, CO, the son of Franklin Joseph and Maria (Vail) Annis. Not much is known about
him other than that he died in Tacoma on 18 Jul 1952. His Annis lineage from his father is: Eli Annis (1821-1888),

Edith A. (Annis) Frost Bowl
Edith was born May 30, 1865 at Caledonia, Nova Scotia,
Canada, the daughter of Benjamin Holmes Annis and Orinda McLeod. She married October 28, 1891 to Frederick L. Frost
(1861-1916). Edith died May 28, 1954 at Carleton, Nova Scotia. This bowl was glazed, signed and dated by her in
1914 and was purchased from a seller in Boston, MA. It has been returned to her family, represented by grand nephew
Calvin Frost Annis.
