"Excuse me sir! Do you know what time it is?" Angie asked a man as she
passed.
"Almost six o'clock," the man answered.
"Shit," she said out loud. She was going to be late. She was going out
to diner with all her friends at seven. Everyone was celebrating Kathy's
birthday and Kathy was having a party at her house afterwards. Angie had
gotten off work at five and had come straight to The mall. She had to
buy an outfit to wear tonight. She didn't realize that an hour had
almost passed while she lost herself in shopping. She had many bags and
was having difficulty carrying them all. As, she quickly walked through
the mall, she tried to get her keys out. As she fumbled for the them,
she looked down at her purse. All of a sudden, she was sitting on the
floor, her bags strewn all over.
"Are you ok?" said a concerned male voice.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Angie said not looking at the guy as she gathered her
bags.
"I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going and I ran
into you," the voice said.
"No.. I wasn't paying …"Angie's voice trailed off as she looked into the
eyes of the man. Angie couldn't speak. She was breathtaken by the sight
of his face. His eyes were a deep, deep blue. He had a strong jaw line
and full sensual lips that were made for kissing. They both stared at
each other for what seemed like an eternity, but in actuality was only a
few seconds.
"Here's one of your bags," he said, breaking the silence.
"Oh thanks," Angie said smiling as she took the bag.
"I'm JC he introduced himself.
"I'm Angie."
"My favorite name," he said smiling, flirting full force.
"I bet it is," Angie said, her voice laced with sarcasm.
JC could not get over how beautiful her eyes were. They were a sultry
green and they sparkled everytime she smiled. Looking in her eyes, he
felt as if he had caught a glimpse of her soul. There was a long pause.
Neither of them knew what to say or do. "Umm..I'm normally not this
forward, but, umm… would you want to go out sometime?" JC asked, a
hopeful expression on his face.
"I'd love to," Angie said smiling from ear to ear.
"Great!" JC said relieved, "How about you give me your phone number and
I'll call you to figure out when we can get together?"
"Sounds good." Setting down her bags, she got a piece of paper and a pen
from her purse. She wrote down her number, folded the paper in half and
handed it to him.
"I'll be sure to call you," JC responded holding the paper between two
fingers.
"You better." she flashed her brightest smile.
LATER THAT NIGHT "Hey Ang! What's up with you tonight? It's my birthday and you seem like your mind is someplace else," Angie's best friend Kathy said. "Sorry Kath. I was thinking about something that's all." "About something or someone?" Kathy asked knowingly. "Someone," Angie said smiling. Kathy knew her so well. "I ran into this guy at the mall today." "Someone you knew?" her friend asked. "No, but I LITERALLY ran into him. I was looking through my purse for keys and I bumped right into him." "You're such a clutz, sometimes.." "ANYWAY, he was the most beautiful guy I had ever seen. I've never thought of a guys as beautiful but, my god, be was breathtaking. He had the most kiss-worth lips. And his eyes,oh my! He's definitely do-able." "You go it bad don't you?" Kathy asked. "Well I gave him my phone number and you know I never give my number to total strangers. I don't know why, but we just kind of had a connection. I can't explain it. I just can't get him off my mind." "Well, you're going to try to get him off your mind. This is my party and you are going to have a god time, got it?" Kathy said grabbing her hand and pulling her out of her chair. "Yeah, I got it." Kathy dragged her over to where all their other friends were already dancing.
"Kathy, you throw the best parties," Angie yelled over the music a few minutes later. "I know," Kathy yelled back, "I'm going upstairs, I'll be back in a minute. "Ok."
Ten minutes later, Kathy came back downstairs. She walked over to where Angie was standing. "Hey, Justin's here," Kathy said. "Where's he at? I didn't see him come down," Angie asked as she looked around the room. She hadn't seen Justin in about a month. Angie, Kathy, and Justin had all grown up together and had always been close. When Justin and Kathy started dating about a year ago, she was so happy for them. But yet, at the same time, sad because she didn't have anyone for herself. "He's still upstairs. He brought a friend with and his friend wanted to use the phone real quick. He'll be down in a few.
After ten minutes or so, Angie turned and looked for Justin. She decided to go upstairs to look for him. Just as she thought, Kathy and Justin were standing in the kitchen talking. "Hey Sexy," Angie said to Justin laughing. "Hey beautiful" Justin said while giving her a hug, "How are you?" "I'm great," Angie answered. "Kathy was just telling me about the pictures you got developed," Justin said. "Oh, I have them in my purse. You want me to get them?" Angie asked. "Sure."
She walked down the hall and into Kathy's bedroom where everyone's coats and purses were at. When she walked in, she saw a guy sitting on the far side of bed, his back was to her. She assumed it was Justin's friend. He obviously hadn't heard her come in. She noticed his left hand playing with the phone cord. He had strong hands. She could tell that even though they were strong, they still held a sensual touch. He eyes traveled from his hands up his arms to his broad masculine shoulders. She jumped when he suddenly moved to hang up the phone, shaking her back to reality. It dawned on her that he hadn't said one word while on the phone. "No answer?" Angie said breaking the silence. "No..she wasn't…" his voice trailed off as he turned around and saw the woman standing on the other side of the room. Angie drew in a sharp breath as she saw who it was.
"Hi…" they both said questioningly and at the same time.
"What are you doing here?" Angie asked, a smile on her face.
"I came with my friend Justin. He said it's his girlfriend's birthday.
What are you doing here?" JC said.
"Well, Kathy, that's Justin's girlfriend, is my best friend," Angie
said.
"Small world, eh?"
"I guess so."
"It's so weird that you're here. I just tried calling you," he said.
"Really? That is weird."
"Well, we better get back to the party," JC said smiling.
Angie's heart dropped when he smiled, is whole face lit up. "yeah, we
better. I just came to get some pictures out of my purse to show
Justin," Angie said as she grabbed her purse and got the pics.
"Got 'em, ready?" Angie asked.
"I'm always ready," JC said slyly, flirting heavily.
"Oh, really?" Angie said.
"Yeah, well, you know me…" JC said still smiling.
"Actually I don't, but I'm hoping to get to you a WHOLE lot better,"
Angie said, flirting just as much as JC had.
"I'll keep that in mind," he responded.
"We better go, she said as she turned and walked out of the room.
"Did you get the pictures," Kathy asked when Angie walked back into the
kitchen.
"Yep, here you go," she handed the pictures to Justin.
"Oh, did you meet JC?" Justin asked as he looked up and saw JC walking
in the room.
"Yeah, I guess you could say that," Angie said smiling.
"Yeah, we met." JC added. Justin and Kathy looked at each other, trying
to figure out what was going on.
"Well, we better get back downstairs Kathy. You don't alone in your
house for too long," Angie said.
"Yeah, I guess your right."
Everyone followed Kathy down the stairs. "So, how do you know Justin?"
Angie asked JC as they sat down next to each other.
"well, actually Justin and I met just a few weeks ago. We were both
down at the recording studio."
'So that's why I haven't met JC before,' Angie thought, ' he only met
Justin a few weeks ago and I haven't seen Justin in about a month.'
"You sing?" Angie asked.
"I try," JC replied sheepishly.
"I'd like to hear you sometime," Angie said.
"I'd like that." JC replied.
Angie and JC spent the next couple of hours talking, laughing and
getting to know each other better. Angie was surprised at how open she
was being with JC. Normally, she wasn't open with people she didn't
know very well, especially someone she was attracted to as much as she
was to him. She couldn't pinpoint it, but they had a certain connection.
A connection she had never felt with anyone before. Occasionally, they
would dance. Angie was impresses at how he could move and how much
rhythm he had. "Let's go get a drink," JC yelled over the music. Angie
followed him. JC handed her a drink as they sat back down. "I'm really
glad you were here tonight," JC said. "I'm having a blast."
"Me too, I wasn't really having a good time until you and Justin got
here.," Angie said smiling. She began to think about how wonderful she
thought JC was. The only reason she wasn't having a good time before
was because she was thinking of him. His image haunted her every
thought. Angie snapped back to reality as she heard the stop and Kathy's
voice over everyone.
"We're going to slow it down for awhile," Kathy said in her best disc
jockey voice.
JC and Angie sat through the first slow song. Angie watched as Justin
and Kathy danced so close together. She noticed how Justin looked down
at Kathy with so much love in his eyes. That's all Angie had ever
wanted. Just someone to love. Someone to touch. Someone to know inside
and out. Someone to hold. Someone she knew she could always depend on.
Someone she could trust with her heart. Her stare slowly moved from the
couple dancing to the man that was by her side. She knew, somehow, that
JC could give her these things and more. And she knew that she could
give these things to JC too. 'What am I thinking?' Angie thought.
'You've only known this guy for a few hours. Get a hold of yourself!'
Angie drifted back to reality as "I could fall in love." By Selena came
one.
"Care to dance?" JC asked, grabbing her hand.
"Love to," Angie answered. She followed JC. She could feel the warmth of
his hands her hips as they stepped closer together. She placed her
hands on his shoulders. JC lowered his head so that they were dancing
cheek to cheek. He began to softly sing along with the music.
PART 2 <>
Angie shivered as she felt his breath upon her skin. His hands gently moved to the small of her back, pulling her closer to him. She slid one hand up to his neck very slowly began stroking his hair. The other hand slid down to his chest. She could feel his strong muscular chest beneath her fingers. They both became lost in the music. They danced like they were made to move together.
<>
JC gently placed on finger under Angie's chin and lifted so their eyes met. As he stared deep into her eyes, he softly stroked her cheek with the back of his hands, still singing.
<< I could fall in love with you I could fall in love with you And I know it's not right so I guess I should try To do what I should do But I could fall in love with you I could fall in love with you>>
Still staring in her eyes green eyes, he cupped her face with both hands. Slowly, he leaned towards her. Angie's hand, still on his chest, could feel his heart beating. It got faster and faster as the distance between them closed. Softly, their lips finally met. Angie's lips burned as they pressed against JC's. A wave of heat rushed through her entire body. His lips engulfed hers as the kiss deepened. She parted her lips slightly, inviting JC to deepen the kiss even more. Just when Angie thought she couldn't take it anymore, he slowly pulled away. They stared at each other. "Wow," they whispered simultaneously, causing them to smile. JC looked down at her. He was amazed at how close he felt to her. He gently stroked her face as they swayed to the music. He outlined her lips with his thumb. As his thumb passed over her lips, Angie placed a soft upon it. They continued to dance. Angie very slowly and very softly rubbed her fingertips down his neck. JC shivered as her gentle touch sent sensations through his entire body. As the song ended, neither of them moved. Neither wanted to shatter the moment.
"Ang!" Kathy yelled in Angie's ear. "What?!?" Angie said agitated.
"Come to the store with me real quick."
"Do I have to?" Angie pleaded.
"Yes! Now let's go." Her friend replied hastily.
Angie felt JC's hold on her loosen. She took a tiny step back, not wanting to let go of him. "I'll be back in a few," Angie said, walking slowly backwards, not taking her eyes off of him. "You better be," JC said smirking as he brought her hand to his lips.
UPSTAIRS "Would you mind telling me why in the hell you felt the need to ruin the most perfect moment of my life!" Angie said to Kathy as they stood in the kitchen. "Sorry…geez!" Kathy said, "Things seem to be getting pretty intense with you and JC." Angie's look of anger on her face disappeared at the instant mention of his name. It was replaced by a smile from ear to ear. "I don't know what it is about him, Kath. I just…I don't know..he's incredible." "Whoa, slow down girl. You've only known him for like five hours," her friend reminded her. "I know, I know. But even when I ran into at the mall, I felt it you know?" Angie said. "Wait, JC's the guy you ran into at the mall?" Kathy asked. "Yeah, I thought I told you." "NO! I haven't been able to tear you away from him long enough to have a conversation with you all night." "Sorry," Angie replies lightly. "No you're not." "I know," Angie said as she and Kathy both began to laugh.
*~*~*~ "Well, thanks for actually talking to me tonight man!" Just said to JC as he stood next to him, still downstairs. "I'm sorry, I was just, umm…" JC muttered. "Preoccupied?" Justin finished his sentence for him. JC smiled. "Yeah, preoccupied. Angie's just…just great. She just so intense, you know? And her eyes, they just show so much passion." "What's scaring me is that you only met her a few hours ago and you're already talking about her like I talk about Kathy." Justin said grinning. "I don't know what it is, man, but I've never felt like this before." "Well, I'll tell you one thing," Justin began,"You hurt her and I'll hurt you. I love her like a sister and I'll do everything and anything I can to protect her. Got it?" "Got it."
PART 3 20 MINUTES LATER "We're back!" Kathy said as she came up behind Justin, wrapping an arm around hi s waist. He leaned down and gave her a soft kiss. "Miss me?" Angie said jokingly to JC. "Of course." He replied seriously. "Good." Angie joked. "I'm going to crank up the tunes and bust a move," Kathy said to them," Justin, care to join me?" "Sure," he replied. Kathy had turned the volume up louder than it had been all night. JC tried to say something to Angie, but due to the music, she couldn't hear him. "I can't hear you! Let's go upstairs," she yelled over the music. Kathy tapped Justin on the shoulder and nodded in the direction of the stairs. He turned and saw JC following Angie up the stairs, hand in hand. "I hope they know what they're doing," Justin said. "Me too…," Kathy answered," Me too."
"So now what were trying to tell me?" Angie asked once her and JC were
upstairs.
"Well, that was nothing important…but while we're along…well…I, I, I
guess I just basically want to know if you feel as close to me as I fell
to you," JC said. Before she could even mutter a word, he continued.
"And I know that you probably think that I'm dumb for feeling like this
because we've only known each other for, like what, five or six hours?
But, Angie, I've never felt like this bout anyone, ever." JC took a deep
breath as he finished his sentence. He didn't realize he had said all
that in one breath. Afraid to see the look on her face, he stared
intently at the ground.
Angie, shocked that he felt the same way she did, didn't know what to
say. There was a long silence.
"Please say something, anything," JC begged, as he turned his back to
her. She still hadn't responded. He jumped as he felt her hand on his
shoulder. He slowly turned to face her. Without saying a word, she slid
her hands up to the back of his head and neck. Gently, she pulled him
towards her. Although it wasn't their first kiss, it still held just as
much passion and sensuality. As the kiss ended and they broke apart,
they both smiled at one another. "Nicely said," JC grinned. "You have a
way with words."
"I thought so," she replied smiling from ear to ear. "But seriously JC,"
Angie began, still in his arms, "I feel the same way. We have some kind
of connection. I felt it as soom as I looked in your eyes at the mall. I
can't explain it. I just knew that we would be together."
"You do not know how happy I am to hear you say that. It scares me to
think that I've only known you for a short time and I feel so much…so
intense…I don't know what to say." JC said.
"Me neither," Angie spoke softly. JC failed at his attempt to stifle a
yawn.
Angie giggled, "Am I that boring?"
He let out a light laugh, "I'm just really tired," he said through
another yawn.
"Oh…well..you can go…if you want. I don't mind…"
"I don't want to go. Besides, I can't leave anyhow. I came with Justin
in his car, and he doesn't seem like he's going to be ready to leave
anytime so."
"Oh darn!" Angie replied sarcastically. "Does that mean you'll have to
stay longer? That's really too bad cause I was looking forward to
getting rid of you!"
"Oh you were? Oh, fine! I see how you are," JC replied playfully. "I'll
just call a cab or something."
"Oh no you don't," Angie said as she pulled JC. towards after he had
begun to walk away. Wrapping her arms around his waist, she pulled him
close.
"And just why should I stay?" JC. said, pretending to be hurt.
"Oh, I got a good reason," Angie said as she lifted her lips to meet
his.
"Well now that you twisted my arm.." JC. said laughing as pulled away,
ending the kiss. She teasingly ran her hands up his sides. JC. shuddered
at her touch and began to giggle.
"Are you ticklish?" she asked smiling.
"Extremely, Now would you quit that?" he laughed as he grabbed her
hands.
"What about you? You ticklish?" he asked as he reached for her sides.
"Oh no you don't?" Angie said as she stepped out of his reach.
"You are, aren't you?" he teased, stepping towards her.
"JC.! ….NO…NO," Angie giggled as she continued to step backwards. She
laughed as he chased her around the table and then down the hall. She
made a quick turn into one of the rooms. JC. followed. Laughing, she
backed into the corner. He gave her an evil grin.
"JC! NO " she barely managed to say she was laughing so hard.
"Yes! He uttered as he began to tickle her.
"Don't…stop!" she said in between giggles.
"Don't stop? All right!" he joked.
Backed in the corner she had no where to go. She playfully fought back
as he continued to tickle her. As she twisted away from his grasp, she
got away from the wall and on the other side of the J.C. He playfully
grabbed her wrists holding her arms above her head. Both of them
suddenly serious, stared deep into each other's eyes. Once again, they
kissed. This kiss was much more passionate. Together, they took a few
small slow steps back. Angie felt the back of her knees his the edge of
the bed. J.C. gently lifted her off the ground with one arm around her
waist. He slowly lowered her onto the bed, their lips never separating.
He braced himself with one arm arm and gently ran his other hand slowly
down her side. Angie ran her fingers up and down his body and through
his hair. With every single one of his kisses, more and more sensations
ran through her body. As he slowly placed butterfly kisses all over her
face and neck, she reached for his belt and began to undo the buckle. He
suddenly stopped and brought his eyes back to hers. As he grabbed her
hand, making her halt her actions, the look on his face was serious.
"J.C…what is it?" she asked so softly he barely heard her. His eyes
bored into hers. He shut his eyes tightly and took a deep breath,
exhaling loudly.
"I can't do this," J.C. said, barely above a whisper. "What I mean is if
we're going to do this, we're going to do it right. It's not going to be
rushed. We're going to have the whole night to ourselves. I'm talking
the moon, stars, champaign, the whole nine yards."
Angie sighed deeply. "Yeah, I guess you're right."
He placed a soft kiss on her lips. "I know I'm right. It'll be special.
I promise." He slowly pulled away from her and got up off the bed. He
reached for her hand, "C'mon. If we don't get out of here NOW, I don't
think I'll be able to wait."
Angie just laughed at him as she reached out and took his hand as he
helped her off the bed. She walked over to the dresser and looked in
the mirror. AS she straightened her clothes and smoothed her hair, J.C.
walked up behind her. He wrapped his arms around her waist and she
leaned back against his strong body.
She lost herself in his scent. They both stared at their reflection in
mirror. "We look godd together don't we?" J.C. said. Angie didn't say a
word, she simply smiled.
PART 4
"Justin quit!" Kathy said laughing. Justin just gave her an evil grin.
Pinned between the counter and the refrigerator she had no where to go.
She giggled as Justin nuzzled her neck. Looking over his shoulder, Kathy
saw Angie and JC walking down the hall. Together and giggling, they were
in their own world. "Hey you two!" Kathy said as she peeled Justin off
of her.
"Oh hi!" Angie said, JC was still behind her with his arms wrapped her
waist. "What time is it?" JC asked.
"quarter to three I think,? Justin answered.
"Shit, I should get home," JC said.
"Do you have to go?" Angie asked him, disappoint in her voice.
"JC, why don't you just crash here tonight, man?" Justin asked.
"I guess I could," JC answered.
"Hon, why don't you go and get the extra pillows out of the closet?"
Kathy said to Justin.
"Aiight, JC give me a hand," Justin said. As the guys walked down the
hall, Kathy eyed Angie.
"What?" Angie asked innocently.
"Don't what me," Kathy giggled," I want details and I want them now."
"There's no details to tell," Angie said.
"Yeah right. Not buying it."
"So," Justin said as he reached into the closet, "What's up with you and
Ang?"
"Nothing, what are you talking about?" JC asked, taking a pillow from
Justin.
"You two came out of the bedroom and you were awfully touchy-feely. "
"We didn't do anything if that's what you're hinting at." JC said
accusingly.
"Just don't move too fast with her man. That's all I'm saying."
"I know man, I know."
"Well, Justin and I are sleeping in my room. JC, you can take the room
on the left and Ang, you can have the room on the right. Ok?" Kathy
asked.
"Yes Mom!" JC and Angie said in unison.
"And no sneaking into each other's rooms either children," Kathy said
laughing. "Good Night everyone," she said as Justin wrapped his arms
around her waist and led her down the hall.
Angie and JC stood alone in the kitchen.
"I really had a great time tonight," JC began. "I don't why and I don't
know how, but I feel so close to you. I've never felt this close to
anyone. And I'm not the type of guy who is very open about his feelings.
I'm surprising myself that I'm telling you all of this. Normally, I
just…just don't tell people how I feel. I don't know why but with you I
know that I can tell you how I'm feeling or tell what I'm thinking and I
know that you're not going to laugh at me. I know that sounds really
dumb, but…"
"That doesn't sound dumb at all," Angie said cutting him of. She loved
the way she felt when he looked into her eyes. " I would never laugh at
your feelings JC."
He pulled her to him and wrapped his arms around her. He kissed her
forehead. "I know you wouldn't, baby, I know."
Angie noticed the clock out of the corner her eyes. "Well, it's after
three. We really should go to bed," she said.
"Yeah, you're right. We should," he agreed, taking her hand in his.
Standing in the hall by the room where Angie was going to stay, they
stood hand in hand, lip to lip. "I better go now," Angie said as they
broke apart. "Goodnight JC."
"Goodnight," he said as he placed one last kiss on her lips. With that,
she turned and closed the door to her room. Angie laid in bed and stared
at the clock for the next forty-five minutes. There was no way she was
going to be able to fall asleep….in this bed anyways. She got out of
bed and slowly walked through the dark room to the door. She turned the
knob slowly and pulled open the door. She tiptoed down the past the room
that Kathy and Justin were in. When she reached JC's door, she thought
about knocking but decided that would be too loud. She opened the door
quietly. Stepping in the room she noticed that the lamp next tot he bed
was on. She was breathtaken by the site of JC laying on the bed in only
his boxers, no covers. His head was turned the opposite way and Angie
assumed he was sleeping. 'What am I doing?' Angie thought to herself.
She turned to leave. As her hand touched the knob, she heard JC's voice
behind her.
"Leaving so soon?" he said. Angie turned to see him smiling at her. He
patted the bedspread next to him. "Care to join me?" he asked slyly. At
first she hesitated and then she walked over to the bed next to him. She
cautiously sat on the edge of the bed. "You can move over. I don't
bite…hard," he said flashing an even brighter smile. She moved back and
laid in the crook of his arm. They fit together perfectly. They lied
silently in the dim light of the room until they both fell asleep.

Part 5
~*~*~*~ The Next Day ~*~*~*~
"Well, It's almost 12:30. I should go wake JC up and see if he wants a
ride home," Justin got up from the the table and walked down the hall.
He quietly opened the door to the room that JC was in. As he stepped
in, he saw Angie and JC lying together on the bed. JC still had one
arm wrapped around her and her head lied on his chest, with her right
hand lying next to it.
"HEY JUS -- tin," Kathy voice trailed off as she followed Justin's eyes to the bed. "Wow! Looks like they're getting along pretty well."
JC stirred as he heard the noise in the room. He slowly opened his eyes and blinked a few times, tryng to focus on the people in the room."Morning Sunshine," Justin joked.
"Morning," JC said. As he went to sit up he remembered the he wasn't
alone in the bed. He looked down at Angie, who was just starting to wake up. He then looked at Justin and Kathy. "This isn't what it looks
like…We just…we didn't…"
"Hey," Justin said, putting his hands in the air, "You don't have to
explain to me man."
"What time is it?" Angie asked groggily as she sat up in bed.
"A little after 12:30 Ang." Kathy answered.
"Why are you guys in here?!?" Angie asked suddenly realizing the
situation.
"No reason," Kathy said grabbing Justin and pulling him out of the room, but not before shooting Angie a sly grin.
"Well, I really should go home and shower now," Angie said as she
crawled out of bed.
"Yeah, me too," JC said stretching. They walked down the hall and into
kitchen where they joined Kathy and Justin at the kitchen table. After
about twenty minutes, Justin stood up and said he had to go.
"JC, I'll drop you off on my way home, ok? Justin said.
"Great," JC said as he stood up. Realizing he was still wearing only his boxers, he turned to walk down the hall. "It might help if I had some clothes on," he mumbled more to himself than anyone else.
When he returned, Angie sat at the table by herself. She looked up and
slowly walked over to him. He enveloped her in a long tight hug. They
stood in each other's arms for a few minutes, neither of them muttering a word. "So, when are we going to get together?" JC asked, breaking the silence.
"Whenever, I usually get off work by 4:30 or 5:00. So anytime after
that."
"Are doing anything today?"
Angie smiled at the thought of spending the whole day with JC. "Nope, my whole day is free."
A broad smile spread across his face. "Great," he said. "Well, I'm going to go home and shower and everything and then I'll call you, ok?"
"Sounds good!" she said as she placed one last kiss on his pouty lips.
"I'll see you later."
"Bye, sweetie!" JC yelled back as he walked out the front door.
