Straight Outta The X-Files...The Truth is in Here!!

Hey!!! Well, I just started watching The X-Files late last season, so I won't have much here for a while, except for recaps and some kewl facts! If you haven't heard, the X-Files movie is due out June 19.

The Movie

The movie was shot in the Mojave Desert, at a scorching 110 degrees F. The actors have to live in trailors in complete isolation. The film is highly secretive. The scripts are printed in red ink on red paper so they can't be photocopied. Each one is numbered, and the recipient's name is stamped on it. Those who read it sign a non-disclosure agreement. Supporting players are given only their scenes to read, and visitors not wearing passes around their neck are immediately escorted away. Creator Chris Carter describes the film as the "rabid interest". It is costing about $60,000,000 (60 million).

TV Guide is doing a series of X-Files feature pull-outs. They are to come out once a month, with the first out in the Nov.15-21 issue, which has Agents Mulder and Scully and creator Chris Carter on the cover.
