Smoky Mushroom Spread

3 cups finely chopped mushrooms (about 8 oz)
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 pkg (8 oz size) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 slice bacon, crisply cooked and finely crumbled

Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in skillet about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper thoroughly.

Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon. Heat until hot. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve hot or cold with melba toast rounds if desired.

About 1 1/2 cups spread
