Well I went to this tournie with a red burn deck that was very
UNORIGINAL. I will be the first to admit it. BUT I didnt know I
was going untill my friend called me and told me the NIGHT BEFORE the
tournie! So its all I coulda made! Matt, one of my teammates, was playing
a mono red too but not that good. Jermy just threw together a Spirit of
the Night deck at the last minute(lol). The tournament was 7 rounds of
swiss with final 8 making it.
Well any ways heres the report.
Match 1
vs. Jason Chorman and his Necratog Deck!
Game 1 Well I draw MAD BURN BABY! 3 Fireblasts.
Game 2 He got a huge 'tog out but it was to late, I drew enough burn!

vs. Lenard Richardson and his Blue cheese deck that his friend won the
Columbus Qulifier with the deck.
Game 1 Well I get a preety good draw getting out a Goblin Infantry, and some burn!.
Game 2 Well I got mad burn again, but unfortunitly he got mad blue cheese. And
a SHIMMER. And wooped all over me.
Game 3 He is holding like 8 counters and kicks my cheesy ass. And in the end
his cheese stunk worse then mine and won the match.

vs. Brian Someone with a G/W/R weird deck.
Game 1 Lost 2 a 9 MANA Snake basket.
Game 2 Side in 2 Heart of Bogarddon, and 2 Dwarven Minor. Kick some ass.
Lots of burn.
Game 3 MAD BURN but he Honerable Passaged 3 times on my sandstalker. That
was the only damage he did to me that game. So I won!

He was playing a R/B Toastey Weenier deck.
Game 1 We exchange blows for awhile and I fireblast to finish him.
Game 2 Torch him for 11 to kill him.

Game 1 Kicks my ass with 2 Necrosavants and a Fog Elemental.
Game 2 Well Ive just made him a crispy golden Brown!
Game 3 Man I think he's done.

Wel hes playing another 'tog deck.
Game 1 I kill him before he gets 2 land out!
Game 2 Nothing he coulda done when I draw 2 hamer, 2 incinerate,
2 fireblasts, and more.

Well I play a B/U/R Utility deck that this deck should beat constantly!
Im feeling preety good about making the final 8 but I cant draw since
I lost my second match.
Game 1 He KICKS MY @$$.
Game 2 Crispy Golden Brown!
Game 3 Well this is what it ALL comes down to this 1 game to decide wether
I am a success or a falier. Well I get him down 2 4 life and im at 8! I Torch him
but he suprises me by sideboarding honerable passages. Im at 4. I Firblast him and he passages
AGAIN.
Well that does it for me with 2 losses.

Well that was very disapointing. Maybe we'll do better next time. We're
going to Detroit! And were gonna kick everyones ass!
